Dr. Elizabeth Page ASI, Director & Founder

Dr. Elizabeth Page founded ASI in 2001 and serves as the agency Director. She started her career in the adoption field in 1997 then working for another agency. Prior to her work in the adoption field Liz began working in human services in 1986.

Academically, Liz has earned a Doctorate Degree in Adult Education and a Master’s Degree in Education Guidance and Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Advanced Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. In addition to her adoption work Liz serves as adjunct faculty for area colleges and universities and has been engaged in a private counseling practice since 1997.
